Online Filmuj. ‘Manoel’ follows the music group ‘Sensible Soccers’ after the release of their fourth LP, on the tenth year of their existence as a group. This documentary succinctly explores the band's process of composing new soundtracks for two films of the legendary portuguese director Manoel de Oliveira, "Douro Faina Fluvial" (1931) and "O Pintor e a Cidade" (1956). It explores the connection between cinema and music, and how these two art forms can converge and cooperate between themselves.
